Does my child need to bring a lunch to day camp?

Yes, your child will need to bring a lunch to day camp each day. Please do not pack items that need to be heated prior to eating as we do not have a microwave available to the children.

Does ASP provide snacks throught out the day?

ASP will provide one snack per day to each child. If your child gets hungry throughout the day, you are welcome to pack additional snacks.

What kinds of activities will my child participate in during day camp?

We will lead the child in a wide variety of activities such as organized games, crafts, and stem activities.

Will my child participate in field trips during day camps?

We schedule at least one field trip per week for all summer day camps. School holiday camps and spring break camp may have scheduled field trips depending on the theme. You will be informed ahead time regarding field trip plans and are welcome to op in or out of all field trips.

What is the schedule for ASP day camps?

All day camps run from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM for full day and half day is 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. A sample schedule is below.

Daily Schedule:

7:30 – 9:00 AM | Free play in the gym
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Three one-hour activity rotations (by grade level)
12:00 – 1:00 PM | Lunch
1:00 – 4:00 PM | Three more rotations
4:00 – 6:00 PM | Free play in the gym

Activities will be based on the weekly theme.

What is the price for ASP Summer Camps?

Full Day Camp

Cost: $250 per week

Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Half Day Camp

Cost: $150 per week

Hours: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM

$50 Enrollment Fee

$25 per camp deposit due one week after enrollment submitted.

How will my child spend the afternoon at ASP?

Children spend their time at ASP between the classroom, completing their homework and the gym, participating in organized games and free play. The students are divided by age and grade level with minimal overlap between ages.

What safety measures are in place at the After School Program at After School Plus?

We have strict safety protocols in place, including sign-in and sign-out procedures, background checks for all staff members, and regular safety drills.

What is the curriculum for the After School Program at After School Plus?

Our program focuses on providing a well-rounded experience for students, with a mix of academic and enrichment activities.
